Four years ago, 3 of us started Infusion Express to bring a new model of care to those with chronic conditions. Our goal was to align our services with the needs of the patients so that their disease did not overrun their lives, so that they could live as normal a life as possible. Today we have 8 locations serving 4 major metropolitan areas and we have plans to expand throughout the U.S. and build the leading IV therapy brand in the nation.
The position we need you for is to help physician practices understand what we offer and to encourage them to send their infusion therapy patients to us. You will also be the first point of contact with our patients. You are our first impression. Make it good. Help the patient transition to us, whether they’re just starting IV therapy or continuing therapy they’ve been receiving elsewhere. Understand that patients and physicians have other choices. Make sure they choose Infusion Express and will continue to do so.

Here are the skills you will need to demonstrate when you interview:
Mad PEOPLE SKILLS. Can’t stress this enough. Friendly, outgoing, confident, articulate, compassionate, understanding, persuasive, and just nice.
Computer Skills: Solid MS Office skills. Maybe you don’t know how to do a pivot table in Excel or do a mail merge in Word but you better be able to every basic function in the 4 bigs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
WILLINGNESS to learn. We will teach you but you need to be willing to go beyond simple learning and IMMERSE yourself in what you’re learning. Become an expert, be resourceful, initiate, be the smartest one in the room, a subject matter expert… that kind of learning!!!
Work ethic/reliability: You will be asked to work in any one of our 3 KC locations on any given day. Your hours may need to flex as may your days. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
Transportation: You will be expected to be where you’re supposed to be on-time, every time. We will compensate you for your travel between the KC locations.
For the right individual we will pay you a base salary of $36,000 per year and bonus income up to another $20,000 per year. These bonuses are earned based on the number of new patients added to our patient roster and on the feedback we receive from the patients and physician referral sources with whom you will be dealing. There are also monthly “superstar” bonuses for achieving shorter-term objectives that may shift from time to time.
